Access Denied

We live in a system where the people being victimised by the courts have no means by which to defend themselves in the courts. The scam is the language of the law. If you don't know the language of the courts nothing you file will be heard,and if you do know the language the procedures bar you. The end result is a system of arbitrary control by the group that runs it to lock out anyone from being able to defend themselves against it.

People in prison are openly deprived of any access to the courts because the rules are so one sided that every single thing one files is denied. Access to be denied is no access at all.

The lawyers,and judges that control the courts openly lie,collude,extort, threaten and intimidate people into plea deals, coerce snitches to commit perjury, and create false evidence and answer to no one. I have produced several proofs of my innocence as well as proved that the snitches committed perjury because the prosecutor and police threatened them to lie at my trial but the judges openly support the corruption.

Anyone who looks at my case will find that I am one of thousands that are being incarcerated without any ability to defend myself in the courts.

Where are the human rights? like thousands I had no speedy trial, no due process, no assistance of counsel, no way to form a defense for trial, no way to subpoena witnesses, no way to challenge the false evidence used against me,no way to investigate the charges or see any evidence against me....There is no such thing as a fair trial in the current system of enslavement. This is the reality for the countless thousands being incarcerated today.

I challenge anyone who doubts this article to read my transcripts and tell me were my rights were. We are being railroaded on a massive scale and enslaved without rights. Wake up before it is too late and you are sentenced to die in a cage without any way to defend yourself.
