I have created some additional pages with tips on how to accomplish certain tasks for a loved one who is incarcerated. These pages are accessible by clicking the button in the navigation center that corresponds with the page.

DOC RELATED COMPANIES AND THEIR PURPOSES

JPay

This is where you come to put money onto your loved ones spen account so that they are able to buy food, music, a jp5 player, and be able to send and receive emails.

CONNECT NETWORK

This company is what is used to put money on the needed account for phonecalls to be placed by your/an incarcerated loved one.

ACCESS SECUREPACK

This company is available only during certain times of the year, usually once per quarter and they make food items available for purchase. These items are preselected by you or your incarcerated loved one and can either be paid for online or off of the incarcerated person's spend account. Also, once a year Access Securepak will put out a super pack list that has electronics available at a cheaper price then what is normal for us on regular property. No button in the Navigation center at this time.
